What you get

Design Day Brand Kit, $4,000. Everything below is designed and delivered on your day.

  • Primary logo. The main mark, the one that goes everywhere

  • Secondary logo. The stacked or horizontal alternate, for the places the primary does not fit

  • Brand mark. The small one. Profile pictures, favicons, stamps, labels

  • Color palette. Full palette with hierarchy, so you know which color leads and which supports

  • Typography system. Headline and body pairing, with the sizes and weights spelled out

  • One brand pattern. Yours, drawn for your brand, for backgrounds, packaging and print

  • Business card design. Print ready

  • Social covers. Sized for the platforms you actually use

  • A one page usage sheet. What the colors are, what the fonts are, what not to do to the logo

  • All your files. 300 DPI PNG, 900 DPI PNG, and SVG

  • 14 days of support after your day, for file questions and format requests

Not included: full brand guidelines document (that is an add-on), packaging design, a website, photography, and naming. If you need a name, we should talk before you book.

$4,000 in full, or four monthly payments of $1,050. Texas sales tax added at checkout.

How it works

Phase one, you book. Fill out the form, agree to the terms, and pay. Card or bank transfer, in full or on the plan. Your Thursday is held the moment payment clears.

Phase two, you prep. Within the hour you get a welcome email. Within a business day you get your project folder. It asks what your business does, who you sell to, what you want people to feel, and what you like and cannot stand. Most people finish it in about an hour. You also drop in anything you already have: old logos, photos, colors you love, competitors you want to look nothing like.

Phase three, the prep call. Thursday the week before, 1:00 pm, 30 minutes. Lexi walks your folder with you and locks the direction. Not “we will see how it feels on the day.” Locked. That call is the reason the day works.

Phase four, your Design Day. Thursday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central. Lexi designs. You are reachable all day and present from 3:00 to 5:00, when you see everything and say what to change. It gets changed while you watch. At 5:00 the files are yours.

Phase five, after. Your files land in your folder. You have 14 days of support for anything file related. Then you go use it.

Meet your designer

Lexi Brookey, Designer

[LEXI TO WRITE. Two to four short paragraphs, first person: how long you have been designing, why brands specifically, what you are looking for when you start one, and why you are willing to do it in a day. Photo goes here.]

Why a day works

A four week branding project is not four weeks of designing. It is four weeks of waiting. Waiting on feedback, waiting on a call, waiting on somebody to answer an email.

We took the waiting out and kept the work. The thinking happens in your folder and on the prep call. The designing happens on your day, in one sitting, by one person who is not working on anything else. You are in the room when the decisions get made instead of finding out by email three days later.

That is also why the day costs what it costs. You are buying the whole week compressed into a Thursday.

Who it is for, who it is not

Brand Kit Day is for you if:

  • You know what your business is and who it serves. You need it to look like it

  • You want a real designer, not a template or a generator

  • You can fill out a folder honestly a week ahead

  • You can be reachable Thursday and present from 3 to 5

  • You would rather decide on a call than over three weeks of email

Brand Kit Day is not for you if:

  • You do not have a business name yet. Naming is not part of this day

  • You need packaging, a full guidelines document, or a large collateral system. Those are separate, and we can quote them

  • You want to see six directions and sit on them for a month. That is our four week Visual Identity Kit, and it is a good option

  • You cannot be reached on a Thursday

Questions

How is this different from your Visual Identity Kit?

Same studio, same designer, different speed. The Kit runs about four weeks with two rounds of revisions and a full guidelines document. Brand Kit Day is one Thursday, revisions happen from 3 to 5 that afternoon, and you get a one page usage sheet instead of the full guidelines book. If you want the book, we add it.

What if I do not like it?

That is what 3 to 5 is for. You are there, you say what is wrong, it changes in front of you. Nobody leaves at 5 with something they do not like.

Can I get more than one logo direction?

You get one direction, refined. That is the trade for the speed. The direction is locked on the prep call, together, before the day starts, so it is not a surprise.

What happens at 5:01 pm?

Your files are yours. You have 14 days of support for file and format questions. New work after that is quoted separately.

Can I pay over time?

Yes. Four monthly payments of $1,050, first one at booking. Or $4,000 in full.

What if I book and change my mind?

Tell us before your prep call and we refund it in full. After the prep call, the day is yours.

Do I own it?

Yes, once it is paid in full. If you are on the payment plan, you have full use of everything from day one and ownership transfers with the last payment.

I need a website too.

Then look at the combo. Brand Thursday, website Friday, $7,000 instead of $8,000.
