Normally it happens because of delay. You get three logo concepts, you sit on them for a week because you are running a business. You send notes. You wait. Another round. Another wait. Four months later you are still using the old logo on everything, because the new one was never quite done.

Can I pay over time?
Yes. Four monthly payments of $1,050, the first at booking, or $4,000 in full.
What if I book and change my mind?
Booking takes your Thursday off our calendar, so the fee is non-refundable. You get one free reschedule with seven days notice. A second move, or a move inside seven days, is $500.
Do I own it?
Yes, once it's paid in full. On the payment plan you have full use of everything from day one, and ownership transfers with the last payment.

What the week actually looks like.
The revision window is noon to 2:00 on purpose. You look at it over lunch and tell us what to change while we are still sitting there, instead of sending notes at nine at night and waiting for tomorrow.
How the work gets made
No templates. No outsourcing.
Your logo is drawn for you. Nobody you have not met touches your project, and nothing gets pulled off a shelf and recolored.

Where AI comes in, and where it does not
We use Claude to help you write your copy. Not to invent it. You are the expert on your business and we are not, so the words start with your answers and your language. Our job is to shape them so your brand positions you as the expert you already are.
It does not design your brand. Your logo, your palette, your type and your pattern are designed by a human: the person you are on the call with.

We know your time is money. We also know it matters to you that the work is done well, not just done fast. Those two things usually get sold to you as a trade, pick one. Our whole process exists because they are not a trade.
Six years in business and more than 50 brand builds later, we have honed in on a system to deliver excellence efficiently.

Before you book.
Why 6:00 am to 2:00 pm?
So your revision window lands on your lunch break instead of the end of your day. We start early, do the work while you run your business, and you come to the screen at noon with two hours to say what you want changed.
Will my brand really be finished by the end of the day?
Yes. Every file is delivered by 2:00 pm, live on your brand hub. That is the product. It is only possible because your direction was locked on the prep call, before the week even started.
What if I hate the logo at noon?
You will not get to noon without having seen the direction. It gets locked with you on the prep call. The day is execution of something you already approved, and the noon to 2:00 window exists to change what is not right while you watch.
Do I have to be available all day?
No. Reachable, yes, in case a question comes up. Present at the screen, only from noon to 2:00.
Can I pay over time?
Yes. Four monthly payments of $1,050, the first at booking. Or $4,000 in full.
What if I book and change my mind?

We also keep three business days after you book to decline the project ourselves, and if we do, you get every dollar back.

What about a full brand guidelines document?
Your brand hub holds your logos, colors, type and brand elements on one page at your own link, which is what most businesses actually need. A longer guidelines document is a separate piece of work and is quoted on its own.
What about photography?
Not part of a Brand Kit. Bring what you have and we will design around it. If you want images shot for the brand after it is built, ask and we will quote it.
I need a website too.
Then look at the Design Day Combo. It is the Brand Kit on Thursday and your website on Friday, for $7,000 instead of $8,000, and the site gets built on a brand that is one day old instead of one that has gone cold.
How far ahead do I need to book?
Two to three weeks is typical, mostly so you have time to finish your folder without rushing it. If you are working to a deadline, say so and we will count backwards from it.
